My Utility Account or contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
How do I enroll?
Paperless Billing is presented as an option when you first register for My Utility Account. You can also update your account anytime from the "
My Account" tab. Open
Notification Preferences and
select the checkmark next to “Paperless Bill."
If you change your mind, you can go back and uncheck this box anytime to receive a paper statement once again.

From the
"Billing" tab, you can:
- Pay your bill
- See past bills and payments
- Set up Text to Pay and Auto Pay
- Check your eligibility for a Payment Arrangement
- Set up bill-due alerts
- Submit a billing-related inquiry
