We focus on providing quality and efficient customer service every week of the year, but this week is Customer Service Week, across many industries. Our customer service representatives have the theme "above and beyond" this year as they renew their promise to work hard for their customers.

Facebook page shows pictures of the team members, but below is one of our favorite compliments, after resolving a complicated issue recently.
"Thank you for reaching out in a timely manner, and thank you for giving me a point of contact with Glenda. She was very nice, and certainly made me feel better. It is such a breath of fresh air to speak with someone who is just not someone in a call center, void of a last name."
We appreciate our customer service department all year round, but celebrate them and their quest to provide "above and beyond service" this week.
