Corix Utilities Texas Investing $11.3M in Local Infrastructure

Corix Utilities Texas is making critical investments to upgrade the local water and wastewater systems. This year, Corix Utilities Texas is investing approximately $11.3 million to support continued reliable service.

While much of the country’s water and wastewater systems often go unnoticed, they deliver life-sustaining and public health support every single day. These systems are aging and need continuous investment to avoid crisis situations like we’ve seen in communities where investment needs are ignored. At Corix Utilities Texas, we work hard to upgrade our local systems so our customers can continue to trust the service we deliver now and in the future.

Our customers support these important investments by paying their bill. Investments include, among others, the following:

  • Installing 1,300 feet of water main to support reliable service.
  • Constructing a new wastewater treatment plant to serve new homes in Canyon Ranch.
  • Upgrading the Lometa water treatment plant to improve water service.
  • Improving water storage for the Mitchell system to support quality, reliable service.
  • Replacing wastewater mains to support sustainable operations.

Stay Informed.
