We do not charge any additional fees for paying your bill online.

How do I enroll?

Paperless Billing is presented as an option when you first register for My Utility Account. You can also update your account anytime from the "My Account" tab. Open Notification Preferences and select the checkmark next to “Paperless Bill."

If you change your mind, you can go back and uncheck this box anytime to receive a paper statement once again.

From the "Billing" tab, you can:
  • Pay your bill
  • See past bills and payments
  • Set up Text to Pay and Auto Pay
  • Check your eligibility for a Payment Arrangement
  • Set up bill-due alerts
  • Submit a billing-related inquiry
