Precautionary Boil Advisory - Sixshooter

To whom it may concern, 12/4/24 I want to inform you of a “Precautionary Boil Advisory” for 1120, 1121, 1141, 1171, 1201, 1140 Sixshooter St. in Pahrump. This is due to Watermain line extension(planned water outage). There are 25 residential customers affected, for four hours, and door tags were issued to inform the customers of the “Precautionary Boil Advisory”. An alert was also given to our customer service department for any call-in customers. We will be taking water samples for this repair and have our contracted lab test the water which we will lift the advisory when we have confirmation of absent results for E-Coli and Total Coliform. Once we receive confirmation of satisfactory results, we will inform the customers by issuing tags stating the rescinding the “Precautionary Boil Advisory”. Customer service will be notified at this time for any call-in customers. I have attached a picture of the approximate area where the repair took place, as with a copy of the door tag issued.
