Enroll in a Payment Plan or Deferred Payment Arrangement

Payment arrangements are available for customers behind on their bills.

Login to My Utility Connect and go to the 'Pay your Bill' page and then 'Payment Arrangements'. Follow the prompts to check your eligibility and enroll. If you don't have a My Utility Connect account, learn more and create your account here.

A payment arrangement gives you the option of paying your current or past due balance over an extended period of time. The payment arrangement amount will be due in addition to your current bill amount until paid in full. Your account will not accrue late fees while the payment arrangement is honored.

All customers can apply for a payment arrangement. In order to qualify, a customer must be in good standing with no disconnections for non-payment over the last 12 months. Defaulting on a previous payment arrangement may impact eligibility.
