Discolored Water - Making Repairs to Address Ongoing Issue

 Utilities Inc of Louisiana is aware of issues within the Quail Ridge, Old River Road, and Turtle Creek systems that are causing cloudy water.

We have identified the problems and are moving forward to release a contractor who will be making the necessary repairs. In the meantime, we have activated backup systems to help mitigate the problems and are taking investigative water samples weekly to ensure the water is safe. Please be assured the water is safe to drink and use during these repairs.
