Hello. This is a courtesy message from Community Utilities of Pennsylvania your local water utility provider at 1-800-638-0262. This is a reminder that a water line replacement project started on Monday, February 10, 2025, with an estimated duration of 3 months.
This is being considered Phase 1 of a multi-year phased approach to update aging infrastructure, as well as enhance fire protection in the area. Construction activities will be performed by JOAO Bradley Construction of Bethlehem, PA. Work will be conducted Monday through Friday between 7am and 3pm.
This project will consist of the installation of new water mains along the following roads: Lane Avenue between Schoenersville Road and Winston Road, Statten Avenue between Schoenersville Road and Jacksonville Road, Winston Road between Lane Avenue and Statten Avenue and between Statten Avenue and Jacksonville Road, and Schoenersville Road between Roselawn Drive and the Schoenerserville and Jacksonville intersection.
A letter, including a map showing the impacted roads, will be available on our website
www.myutility.us/pennsylvania. During construction, there may be an interruption in your water service due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to keep this interruption to a minimum.
Notification will be made in advance of any planned water shutdowns or service interruptions needed to complete the project. Any impact to lawns or driveways as a result of the project will be restored at the completion of the project to their former conditions.

During construction, there will be an inspector onsite that will be available to assist you with any questions or problems that may arise.
