Highland Estates MD Service Interruption for 2-27-25

Entire System Hello, This is a courtesy message from Maryland Water Service – Highland Estates. This message is to inform you that on Thursday, February 27, 2025, the City of Cumberland will be replacing a valve. The City of Cumberland informed us that this would create a service interruption between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
