Ferson Creek Service Line Inspections

Dear Valued Prairie Path Water Customer, This message is to inform you of our requirement to verify water service line materials in order to comply with the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Lead and Copper Rule Revision (LCRR)per the Biden-Harris Get the Lead Out Partnership.

Unfortunately, the requirement to verify your service line material requires a manual inspection of your service line.

Your service line can be visually identified near your water meter, likely in your basement or crawlspace. Any premises that have not completed our previous survey, not yet had service line material confirmed through another method and were built prior to 1986, will require service line material verification by PPWC.

PPWC will be conducting service line material inspections, by going door to door starting in June 2024 and lasting through the end of September 2024.
