Orangewood & Buena Vista: Planned Outage & Boil Water Advisory

Please be advised: There is a scheduled water outage in your service area Wednesday, November 13, 2024. The water will be turned off at 9:00 AM for approximately 4 hours. During this time, we will be replacing a watermain. When water service resumes, there will be a precautionary boil water advisory in effect for customers at the following locations: Holiday Drive (Odd number addresses 1807 to 1949; Even number addresses 1650 to 1730); Buena Vista Lane (4240 to 4344); Kibler Lane (all); 4403 Manton Lane; and 1740 Orange Drive.
 
As a precaution, we recommend that you vigorously boil water for 1 to 2 minutes prior to drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes. As an alternative, bottled water may be used. The precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until a satisfactory bacteriological survey is received which typically takes 48 hours. Customers will be notified by a second phone notification message once the boil advisory can be rescinded.
