Can We Reach You in a Service Emergency?

From time to time, we may need to reach you to communicate a water service alert or construction update. To ensure these notifications reach you, please make sure the contact information on your account is correct and up-to-date.

It takes just minutes to sign up for My Utility Account and update your contact information. To update your account, please login at account.myutility.us or open the My Utility Account smartphone app. Please make sure your contact preferences (email, phone, text) are updated as well.

Our Updates and Alerts May Include:

Boil Water Notices. Should there be a temporary interruption in service or drop in water pressure, a boil water notice may be issued. The related alert will provide customers with critical information. While a boil water is in effect, water quality samples are taken to confirm drinking water continues to meet quality standards.

Planned Work. We continuously invest in our systems to support reliable, quality service. We will keep you informed when system investments are occurring in your neighborhood and make you aware of relevant information.

Repairs. At times we need to make repairs to our system. These repairs may result in a temporary interruption of service. Alerts provide customers with important information.

Hydrant Flushing. When we are performing annual system maintenance which includes flushing our water system, we inform customers. We may advise you to refrain from doing laundry for a short period to avoid discolored water.
