About College Utilities & Golden Heart Utilities
College Utilities and Golden Heart Utilities are privately held, publicly regulated water and wastewater utility companies in Fairbanks, Alaska. Together, we provide service to more than 8,500 residential and commercial customer accounts, representing over 55,000 people.
Both companies are supported administratively by Utility Services of Alaska, and all three operating companies are subsidiaries of Fairbanks Sewer & Water.
We take great pride in delivering safe and reliable utility services, but our commitment goes beyond just providing essential utility services.
