Tanglewood South, Eastgate, Brandywine Bay, North River-Mill Creek NC - Annual Water Treatment Process Change (Feb. 28 - April 14)

This is an important announcement from your local water provider for the Tanglewood South   Subdivision.

Beginning February 28^th, 2025 through April 14^th, 2025, ammonia will not be added to the water supply to comply with North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality requirements. You may notice a chlorine odor in your water during this process, but we assure you the water is safe to drink, bathe, and for other daily uses.

Water customers should be aware that during this time, traces of ammonia may still be in the water. It is recommended that customers who pre-treat their water to remove chloramines should continue to do so.
