Fairfield Harbour NC Sub 114 Construction Project

This is a courtesy message from Carolina Water Service Inc. of North Carolina, your local water provider for the Fairfield Harbour Community.

We would like to advise customers of two ongoing construction projects through the end of September 2024.

Construction will begin at approximately 9 am each day with completion expected by 5 pm.  

Project number 1 will replace 1900 feet of the force main from the lift station on Cassowary Lane to an existing valve on Broad Creek Road. We do not expect to close any streets due to this project.

Project number 2 will replace approximately 300 feet of gravity sewer line crossing under Gondolier Drive. The road and shoulder infrastructure above the pipe is currently damaged due to existing pipe conditions. Gondolier Drive and Diamon Court will experience intermittent road closures during this project.

Customers should anticipate a slight increase in traffic, trucks, trailers, excavation equipment, and staff on the roads or right-of-way.
