As we continue restoration efforts across Carolina Water Service of North Carolina’s Western Region, we want you to know where you can get the most up-to-date information. Customer alerts are sent via our customer notification system which contacts customers based on their preferences created in My Utility Account.
If you have not yet created an account, please do so to remain informed about boil water advisories, boil water rescinds, etc. Alerts can also be found on our website.
Important Note – Emails from this specific email account were implemented during Hurricane Helene to supplement our normal alerts. Our normal alert system also sends emails in addition to calls and texts based on your account preferences. We will be phasing out this supplemental email communication as we continue to return to normal operations. If you have any concerns or questions about how to receive updates, please contact us at (800) 525-7990.
Thank you for your continued support and patience. Don Denton, President of Carolina Water Services of North Carolina, issued a note of gratitude on behalf of the entire team. You can view it here on our website .
