Hurricane Helene Update for October 1

Our thoughts remain with the communities devastated by Hurricane Helene. We recognize the hardship and uncertainty that each of our customers and teammates are experiencing. Please know that our team continues to work hard to restore service.

Service Update

Due to the impact of power outages, downed trees and landslides, some of our customers may not have water service. We are working hard to restore service to our customers.

Once water service is restored, you should boil water before consuming. If
you currently have water service, please also adhere to this Boil Water Advisory. Customers should boil water intended for human consumption for one minute prior to use.

Customer Notification
We are issuing notifications and updates to customers via phone, email, or text notification based on customer preferences. We will also notify as soon as the Boil Water Advisory is lifted for a community.

If you are not receiving alerts, please be sure to sign up via the My Utility Account customer portal. Please make sure we have the correct, up-to-date information for your household. We want to keep you informed!
