Hurricane Helene Recovery Update for October 6

Restoration efforts continue across the Carolina Water Service’s customer base. We understand the sense of urgency to restore the critical services we provide, especially during an emergency. Teams from across our company are supporting in an organized and safe manner.

  • We are working with contractors to repair pipes in coordination with road repairs.
  • Recovery plans are being implemented for the most severely impacted systems, including temporary infrastructure where needed.
