Approved Water Saving Products
Who Qualifies
Any premise located in the Carolina Water Service territory that is a single family home or a multi-family unit of up to four units receiving water from CWSNC. Customers must be current with all bills at any and all premises regardless of type of service.
Required Documentation
Within 60 days of purchase or removal, send a copy of the receipt and documentation of the make and model (either on the receipt or the product packaging) with the completed application and signed Terms & Conditions form.
