Community Utilities of Pennsylvania is a private water and wastewater utility provider. We take great pride in delivering safe and reliable utility services to over 3,000 water and 2,000 sewer customers in the Penn Estates, Tamiment, and Westgate communities.

Community Utilities of Pennsylvania has been providing utility services for over 50 years and all our activities are regulated by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and the Pennsylvania Division of Water Quality. We employ utility professionals within the communities we serve. Our head office is located in Dunkirk, MD.
